P& P Rogers acted as builders in the construction of our house at Lot 5, Whitechapel Close, Arrow Junction, Queenstown.

We were entirely satisfied with their performance during the project and were impressed with their commitment to achieving a superior outcome, evidenced in the quality of the completed project.

They have provided continued support beyond the construction phase with involvement in a number of smaller addendum projects. In all areas they have provided high quality outcomes and proven themselves to be of high integrity.

We remain yours faithfully,

M&L Drummond

This is to confirm that Peter and Paul Rogers, in conjunction with Paul O’Conners, built our Award winning 8,000 square foot home on Lake Hayes Road.

We are extremely happy with the whole building experience, which came in on budget and is superbly built.

If we ever build again they will be my only choice.

M. Hill

I have known Peter and Paul Rogers for five years.

In the last year I employed Peter and Paul for the construction of my house on Queenstown Hill. I was extremely impressed with their performance during that time I found them extremely committed to the project in the most professional manner, and found them most friendly and helpful in daily contacts.

I have no hesitation in recommending them as dedicated builders.

Yours Faithfully,

M. Montagnat

Having just finished our house recently we would like to recommend Peter and Paul Rogers as very competent builders, always punctual, very well organised and pleasant to work with.

We would recommend them for any house construction.

Yours Faithfully

We have known Peter and Paul Rogers for the past seven years.

Over this period of time Peter acted as a builder in the construction of our house at Kelvin Heights, Queenstown, in 1991. Followed by Peter and Paul reconstructing and renovating our house in Arrowtown in 1995. Both done in conjunction with the late Paul 0'Conner.

We were entirely satisfied with their performance during both projects. Their commitment in achieving a superior outcome was particularly evident in our Arrowtown house. This house was 120 years old, and had a lot of historical value, and ornate detail that needed to be retained.

Throughout the seven years that we have known Peter and Paul, they have provided us with continuous support. They have always been there to offer their assistance and ideas, that have enhanced our property values.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Peter and Paul Rogers as excellent builders and craftsman. Their integrity, dedication and honesty to their work, leaves me in no doubt, to recommend them to you.

Yours Faithfully,

A&M Radford

It is with great confidence that I recommend The Rogers Brothers to other future homeowners. They were both helpful and professional in the entire process of the building of my home. They were also flexible when they had to be in dealing with my architect, who was admittedly not the easiest person to work with.

The quality of their work speaks for itself. I welcome you to visit the house with the Rogers. Furthermore, their attitude to their work is unlike any builder I have dealt with. When there were things which needed to be done after the house was completed they were ready and available.

They didn't 'disappear' after the last check was written. Finally, they obviously take great pride in their work, and it shows in the final product. Having a house built while you are thousands of miles away is not the most attractive proposition. I could not have been more fortunate in working with two individuals of the integrity of Peter and Paul Rogers. Please feel free to call or email me should you wish further details.

This is to provide testimonial to the work of Peter and Paul Rovers of RBJ Ltd Queenstown Peter and Paul built MunaMoke (see websitewww.munamoke.co.nz) in 2002. Munamoke was built to plans designed by Ed Elliott of Elliott Architect Queenstown and the whole project was completed in our absence whilst we lived in Sydney. We have been involved with a number of building projects and viewed the Queenstown project with trepidation given our distance from the job. We couldn't have been more wrong.

Throughout the entire project we found RBJ to be honest, communicative and highly innovative. Rather than simply build the designs provided to them, Peter and Paul constantly challenged those designs with our best interests in mind. They were incredibly proactive in seeping out superior solutions to all those inevitable issues that arise with any building project.

Furthermore, when we finally arrived in Queenstown to view the finished product, we were stunned with the duality. We had just completed a Sydney building development with a well regarded Sydney architect and builder and the quality just wasn't comparable. RBJ's attention to detail on finishes, levels, flashing etc was outstanding.

We visit MunaMoke once or twice yearly and rent it for short term stays over the rest of the year through QT Accommodation Centre. They will testify that, because of it's design, craftsmanship and location, it is one of their favourite honeymoon rentals. Tellingly, since its completion date, we have had reason to ask RBJ to rectify a minor fault on only one occasion. The house presents as well today as it did on its completion.

Finally, and on a personal note, you could not meet a more genuine pair of blokes than Peter and Paul. They'd rather disadvantage themselves than harm the interests of a client or friend. I have no hesitation in recommending RBJ and their work.

Thanks for the timely, well done job on the building of our patio / window addition. Just like you did four years ago on building our house, your quality and integrity are to be commended.

It is not very often owners can have a house completely built while they a twelve thousand miles away. We would highly recommend your skilful and knowledgeable crew to build a house or addition for anyone.

I want to thank you both for the dedication and pride you showed in the construction of our home. Carolyne and I are very pleased, and everyone who visits us openly comments favourably on how well the house is built and the attention to detail you provided.

Of course, constructing a house in a timely manner within acceptable cost parameters is important. However, we feel we received exceptional value far beyond what we had imagined. Few things in life exceed expectations. You have provided us with one of them.

The many constructive suggestions you made which were not on the plan during construction transformed the house from the ordinary to a standout in our community. It is obvious you wanted to be proud of your product.

Please feel free to give anyone contemplating using you as builders our names as a reference.

We have been the developers of a rural hamlet development in the Wakatipu Basin known as Stonebridge. This comprises 50 acres with eight individual freehold titles, each of approximately 1 acre. The individual lot owners own the other common 40 acres in undivided equal share. The common land is covenanted to prevent further subdivision or further building.

Four houses have been built to date and a fifth is under construction now. All of the houses are substantial and individual, based on strict design controls set to maintain a high standard of design, materials and construction as well as homogeneity within the hamlet. Our own house was the first to be built.

The Rogers Bros (RBJL) have built all the houses in Stonebridge, which in itself, is a clear testimonial to their integrity and capability.

Our house was built in 2001. The barn was commenced in January and the main house was commenced in April. We moved in on Xmas Eve 2001. (In 2002, Peter and Paul' team were back to build our boat/tractor shed).

With Peter and Paul being the builders for all the houses so far we have come to know them well. They exercised good cost control and are capable managers. Our dealings with them can be summed up by saying that building our house was a (generally) stress free and enjoyable experience.

Peter and Paul between them have complementary skills that make RBJL a reliable operator capable of taking on a wide range of projects. Their staff are competent and capable.

Peter and Paul are experienced and efficient operators. I have no hesitation in commending them as reliable and professional operators.

Yours faithfully,

D. Palmer

In designing our own home we believed we need not employ an architect if we availed ourselves of the services of a creative builder.

We had the good fortune to use Peter and Paul Rogers whose creativity and knowledge of their craft became apparent to us long before building began. Furthermore, their interest in the project and our on-going satisfaction has continued long after building completion.

Having built homes previously we regard this project as our most successful and most pleasurable venture due, in large part, to the Rogers Brothers professionalism and attention to detail.

We would regard anyone engaging RBJ Ltd in a construction project as fortunate indeed.
